Our goal is to get back to you within one business day, but in the meantime below are the top requests we receive from booked guests who are already scheduled to have the time of their life in the near future.
US Sailings - Sixthman recommends everyone get a Passport, but U.S. citizens are only required to show proof of citizenship (such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate) and a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license).
European Sailings and Resort Festivals – All guests are required to carry a valid passport, not expiring within six (6) months of the return of your trip.
Each guest needs a Sixthman profile to create, manage, or be added to a reservation. Create your Sixthman profile.
If you have traveled with Sixthman previously or signed up for an event Pre-Sale, you have a profile and will not need to create one. If you don't know your username, you can recover it here. You can also contact us and we will be happy to look it up for you (try our live chat feature or call us at 877-749-8462).
Use your Sixthman profile to sign in throughout the year to update your personal information, make payments, add guests, or make changes to your reservation. To manage your reservation, sign in here.
To let someone add you to their reservation, you'll need to have a Sixthman profile and add your traveling companion to your Approved Lead Guests list.
Then in the Guest Permissions section, click the Add New Lead Guest button and enter your traveling companion's username. Once you save it, they'll appear in your Approved Lead Guests list, and you'll appear in their Authorized Guests list.
You're all set! The lead guest can now add you as a companion in their room.
All guests will receive a Reservation Number approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the date of your departure date. The Reservation Number emails will contain both your CONFIRMATION NUMBER (issued by Sixthman) and your RESERVATION NUMBER (issued by the cruise line) and a link to complete your “E-Docs” and print them out. Guests have until 48 prior to sailing to access their boarding documents.
While visiting ports on your cruise itinerary, the cruise line offers a variety of tours and activities to you for an additional fee. Guests can purchase these in advance online to guarantee their spot or they can purchase them onboard the ship. Guests may book online by registering with the cruise line using the following links. You may need your Reservation Number, the Ship Name and/or the date of sailing to login. NCL Excursions, Disney Excursions.
The ship is usually scheduled to arrive approximately at 7am on the day of arrival. Once docked the ship must begin the immigration process of clearing through Customs & Border Patrol Agency. Guests can expect to be able to start getting off the ship at approximately 7:45am. We advise all guests to book flights that depart NO EARLIER than 12:00pm to allow for delays in arrival.
Guests are encouraged to visit their event website and select “Get Here” to educate themselves on the Hotel and Port locations. Sixthman does not secure airline or hotels for guests due to the volatility of prices throughout the year. We advise our guests to make their own arrangements to arrive to the ship and we will welcome you and take great care of you once you arrive.
Fixed lens camera photography is permitted everywhere on property, but please refrain from flash photography and use of tablets, iPads, selfie sticks, etc. in all indoor venues during shows. Use of drones, audio recording devices, professional cameras (video or still) or detachable lens cameras will not be permitted at performances.
The photo and video policy is subject to change per event.
In the case that you must cancel your reservation, we ask that the Lead Guest please contact Sixthman at 877-749-8462.
Please note that all payments are 100% non-refundable, with the exception of guests with travel protection canceling for a covered reason. Please read below for more information on how to purchase travel protection.
NOTE: If you have purchased Travel Protection through Sixthman, please cancel your reservation through us and then contact Travel Insured International at 866-684-0218 and place a claim. Let them know that you have purchased a Sixthman insurance policy and have canceled your reservation with us. They will ask you to send them proof of cancellation as well documentation for the reason you have canceled. It can take anywhere between two to four weeks to receive your refund.
Travel Protection Information
We do recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance, as all payments made for your reservation are non-refundable due to our obligations to the cruise line. We offer two types of Travel Protection for our guests. “50% Cancel For Any Reason” which allows you to (cancel for any reason necessary), or a "Basic Policy" to cover major items like (Canceling for work reasons, Emergency accident, Emergency Sickness, or Accidental Death).
Insurance may be added at the time of booking. “50% Cancel For Any Reason” insurance is not available more than 21 days after booking. Insurance added more than 21 days after booking does not include cancellations pre-existing medical conditions.
