By completing this submission, the sponsor acknowledges that all travel (air, ground, hotel) & incidental costs onboard (shore excursions, gratuities, alcohol etc.) are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise specified. Scholarship recipients will be required to pay taxes and fees per person (cost varies per event) prior to and service fees of $20-$25* per person per day once on board. We make every effort to grant requested promotional cabins in a timely manner. Cabins are granted based on availability and need. A written request does not guarantee that a cabin will be granted. We will not accept scholarship nominations for guests already booked on the selected event. In the event that your request is approved we will contact you at the Sponsor phone number and/or email address that you have provided with details on how to complete the process. Any selected winner must accept the standard ticketing contract in order to sail. This scholarship is only applicable to US guests.
