My Word!

ardensgardendetoxWell, I’m starting one of those juice cleanse/detox things tomorrow.

It’s from a place called Arden’s Garden, a local Atlanta fresh juice company. I’ve heard about the detox from friends so I decided to take the plunge. As I drove home with my 2 big gallon jugs full of the juice, I started thinking on the marketing side of things. The marketing department is where I live at Sixthman so my head is always going with ideas.  I realized that I bought my Arden’s Garden 2-Day Detox based purely on word of mouth. What a great success story!

That’s what we strive for: Spreading the word. The good news of  Sixthman. The Caribbean way. The sunsets and sunrises. The music. The fun. And I just love to see successes like that. Because that’s the quest. That’s your goal when you live in the marketing department. It is such a remarkable feeling when you see results right before your eyes. What starts as just an idea while you’re driving in your car or singing in the shower, turns into something tangible that not only helps with your job performance, it makes you feel good too! And who doesn’t love that!! So, job well-done Arden’s Garden.

Bottoms up!

Didn’t you get hungry? I’m at the point where I can’t go more than 2 hours without eating.

I think if I tried this I’d probably end up eating my left arm.

It was actually okay. When you’re hungry, you drink the juice and it fills you up. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be!

Hi Carla! If you decide to make this juice thing a lifestyle choice – there’s an Arden’s Garden factory outlet with cheaper Arden’s juice on Main St in East Point.
