Oh man, I played that board game a couple months back and had a blast. Probably one of the best TV shows ever in my book. To use it for a holiday gathering is genius.

Dude….can I come to your house??? My sister and I will start drinking about 10 just so we can make it through the day! I love my family more than anything in this world, but thank GOODNESS I only have to deal with ALL of them at once a couple of times a year. Have fun and see you in a couple of months.

Oh Andy, I totally relate, being #5 of ten who are attempting to gather this Thursday to celebrate and be thankful. Which I truly am. Just wondering “WHAT WAS I THINKING WHEN I AGREED TO LEAVE FLORIDA AND TRAVEL TO WEST VIRGINIA? This mornings temperature there was 21 degrees! I will avoid all the stress and tension that is created when ten siblings gather. Guess it could be worse, we might be heading to Pennsylvania to gather with Harry’s 15 siblings. Have a great Thanksgiving everyone, there is much to be happy about.

I just reread this and if I come across as less than grateful for my family, I am so sorry. I truly love my family and am only acknowledging the weird tension that the holidays bring with them.

On the other hand just think what the holidays would be like when they are not here to celebrate with you. Embrace them, hug them, tolerate them and love them..it’s worse without them..trust me
