I didn't do it when I was younger, but I have taken the time over the last couple of years to work towards my Bachelors degree in marketing. Experience is great....but you will appreciate the degree once you have worked so hard to get it. I do recommend getting your degree. I have been trying to find a position in the hospitality industry for 2 years! I am going to school for an Associate of Applied Science in Business and graduate in December.
